Coal Scam: Court grants bail to Dasari Narayana Rao

The Patiala court in New Delhi today granted a conditional bail to former Union minister and veteran producer and director Dasari Narayana Rao and all others accused in the coal scam case. Some of the other who also got the bail included former Jharkhand chief minister Madhu Koda and industrialist Jindal, as indicated by reports.

The Patiala court had direct the accused in the case to deposit a security bond worth Rs 1 lakh each to obtain the bail. Stipulating a condition, the condition said the accused cannot leave the country without its permission.
