TDP's Emotional Gesture: Stands by Revanth In Tough Times

Ever since the T-TDP firebrand leader and Kodangal MLA Revanth Reddy was arrested in the cash for vote scandal and subsequently sent to jail and then to the ACB police custody for questioning, several senior TDP leaders from both the states have been coming out in open and supporting Revanth and claiming his innocence and alleging that he has been trapped in a ploy by Telangana CM KCR.

This 11th, Revanth's daughter Nymisha Reddy will get engaged to her beau who hails from an affluent business family from West Godavari. With Revanth's custody extended till the 15th June and the decision on his bail petition still pending in the court, doubts were cast over Revanth making it to the auspicious engagement ceremony of his own daughter.

However, the TDP leaders have decided in today's cabinet meeting to attend Nymisha's engagement, thereby extending its moral support to its most prominent leader in the T-region. Apparently, TDP Chief and AP CM Chandrababu Naidu himself will be present all through the engagement. This gesture by TDP shows that when in trouble, all the Yellow Brothers unite in support.
