YRSCP Failed To Cash In On Note For Vote Scandal?

For the last one week, both the Telugu states, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, have been abuzz nonstop with the sensational cash for vote scandal in which the Kodangal TDP MLA Revanth Reddy was caught red-handed by the ACB police. Soon after the arrest, intense war of words broke out between TRS and the TDP parties, while Congress, YSRCP and other political parties too joined the mayhem.
While the TRS party's voice against TDP and its chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu is being heard prominently, it is YSRCP, the leader of opposition and the second largest party in Andhra Pradesh that failed terribly to cash in on the scandal and turn it to its advantage. Even though several senior leaders of YSRCP like Ambati Rambabu, including the president Jaganmohan Reddy, attacked Babu, they could hardly create an impact among the people.
The main reason behind this failure of YSRCP is the public's loss of trust factor in YS Jagan, as he himself spent a decent amount of time in jail and the Enforcement Directorate has so far attached hundreds of crores of Jagan's illegal assets in several of his corruption cases. Jagan's shady past has come in as a blessing in disguise for Chandrababu, who is literally unstoppable in the state even if his party's prominent leader is behind the bars in such a high profile case.
Well, public already knows that all politicians are more or less the same in terms of corruption and do not give into the leaders' allegations or self proclaimed honest battles for truth.
